I had to come drop off a package that I was returning to amazon (which is a plus that they do that here- it’s the only positive thing). I walked in, and immediately the lady with short hair gave attitude. I asked how her day was (twice, just in case she didn’t hear the first time) and she ignored me! Then she proceeds to rudely make comments about how I packaged my return to her partner at the desk. At the end of the day it didn’t matter but she needs to be nicer to people!
NOT worthy of 1 STAR ⭐ - I have to at least put one star to make a review the store manager is rude and arrogant and is named Mike all his people are lazy and incompetent yet delusional meaning they're grandiose and arrogant while really projecting the IGNORANCE of who they are as a company and themselves!!!!!I don't personally rent from anyone seeing as how I don't find the need to,or would I want to because of people like them BUT when your networth is in the millions why would I have to?come on man that's the reality wher... read more
Terrible experience. Terrible customer service by “supposedly manager” phone number starts with 337. He made me text him a picture of the damage tv. He wouldn’t provide the name over the phone, talking about he didn’t tell me to buy the tv. What is wrong with people? You’re in the sales industry . Y’all spam my emails with offers daily. He needs serious training asap. The sales rep Gloria was nice. Update.
