Needs 0 stars. They got the van when they need to reposses somebody stuff but NEVER when it needs to be delivered on time!!! SAD! If you deliver LATE, expect me to pay LATE!!!!!! Never had my things repossessed btw just never got my stuff I payed for a whole 8 days ago!!!
For a hard worker to be paying on a bed that is falling apart when I got it I ask for a different frame because this one is weak and your harassing me for money, but I never came. Fix the bed yet. Poor service, but I got nerd to threaten me in letter I shouldn’t even pay y’all knowing that I’m not even comfortable sleeping, but why y’all won’t get smart with me over the phone talk about it’s past due is past due because I have y’all have not came fix nothing yet or replaced it
So unprofessional especially Raven. They don’t realize without customers they don’t have business. At the time the customer may not have been able to purchase whatever they needed and utilizing their business was a plus. Never ever never again. The manager was a sweetheart until he decided to play in my face. I don’t handle disrespect well from anyone.
