Great customer service
Very rude and hostile keeps on pressing the issue of payment won't give me time to get the money together. Head lady of the store sent her employee and he was non professional very rude even made fun of me teasing me. Didn't even want to give them a 1 star but do not get anything from Rent A Center cause they will try to press charges after missing just one payment like with me. Mainly was Jeannie pressing the issue so much and not understanding being compassionate to me trying the best that I can to pay but when you keep on... read more
