I bought my mother a bed room set they delivered the set and assembled it weeks later my mother had told me that the head board was lose so I checked it out come to find out that they never scrwed the head board to the frame so I went to it put together had a difficult time called my son to help me come to find out the bed frame did not match up with the head board so I called rent a center two gentleman look at and looked at each other and said this frame doesn't belong here so he call the supervisor then he came over he ha... read more
Was delivered a sectional a week ago. Told it was "like new". It smelled of smoke, had a large rip in one of the cushions and stains and several snags. They assured me it would go through a cleaning process and inspection. I was lied to. Marshal, the store manager, after I called him, told me they would deliver a new one yesterday. I waited all day. Never received a phone call. They never showed up.
Poor quality items. Unprofessional, rude inflexible female employee calling herself a manager who harasses and belittles over the phone. They prey on people with unfortunate financial situations and way overcharge for their merchandise not including rental fees. Put a few hundred away and buy new from Speedy or Value City.
I will never buy another thing here...they are crooked and will suck every last dollar out of you that they can get...never got a copy of my contract after many, many months of trying...never signed the contract either...and then when the mobile app tells me I have 4 payments left they they tell me I have to pay an end of the contract fee...the app says if you pay off early they match you dollar for dollar and that's a lie too they only do that if you do 90 days same as cash, which the app doesn't tell you that. We bought a portable washer and dryer. We had made payments on schedule for 8-9 months and we fell behind 1 week. The manager Eric called my phone and my husband's phone on Monday, our payments were do on Saturday's. We had a family emergency so we were out of town, no service we couldn't call them and quite frankly weren't all that worried about it we were going to catch up as soon as we got back home. When they delivered what we rented they just brought the stuff in dropped it on the floor and left...didn't hook up washer or bring attachments said they didn't furnish them...spoke with someone bout coming to get it cause we can't find adapter he said I got 4 right here in my hand...we spent $30.00 on attachments trying to get the right one.. they didn't even offer us anything for compensation...at least when Aaron's make a mistake they will compensate you with a discount or a free weeks rental...we will never do business w... read more
We bought a washer from them less than 2 years ago, it’s been broken since February. They picked it up in February to be serviced due to the bearings going out. They brought it back with a leak. It is now almost June and they have attempted to bring it back 3 more times with the same leak. They have pretty much had my washer this entire time with excuse after excuse as to why I still don’t have it. To make matters worse...NO ONE calls me.
