Ive used quiet a few rent a centers in my years and this one is the most predatory rent a center you fill find. If your payment is 2 hours late. They will call you over and over and run your card over-drafting your account. EVEN after you have told them that you need a few days to make the payment. They will just run the card.
We couldn’t have asked for better service. We were in a tight squeeze because our movers had not delivered our furniture and we had no beds to sleep on. RAC to the rescue! The store Manager made it a special point to pull together a team (himself included) to deliver mattresses/beds to our home so that we would be able to save the money of sleeping in another hotel room. Then on short notice when we did get word that the movers were delivering our furniture, he came back out and got the beds. We truly do appreciate the store... read more
