RecommendedFast easy friendly i would use them again
I have always had great customer service with them. I have rented quite a few times now and have always been happy with my rentals. Even on short notice my expectations have been exceeded. Thank you for your great customer service.
We drive old cars and as a result have been using Enterprise a LOT for the last 15 years now. I cannot sing the praises of the previous management teams and the current team of Justin and Lyndsey. They bend over backwards time and time again to accommodate my rental needs. Each time they help me they make me feel like they are helping a close friend or family member. I am thankful for their on going help and service.
People are great and I was in and out quick... but vehicle was very dirty inside ... must not have cleaned it from the last person... sticky, dirty seats and food and trash under seats... windows had something all over them. Disappointed with cleanliness inside vehicle.
Got my reservation and everything was all set when I got there. Upon returning the vehicle, I had to wait a long time just to return the keys. It was a good experience and overall Auburn enterprise is good. BUT nothing compares to the Augusta branch.
Very friendly and quickly got us into a nice rental when I Returned it no fuss no muss and they took me home .have always been pleased with enterprise
