Horrible company they charged me 500 dollars for smoking fee I never smoked in the car. Non refundable . They are a scam
Every negative comment that you have read about this company is true. You might have a different experience if you travel with a copy of your own auto insurance policy and it happens to be one RAC 4 Less supports and if you take the time to read the whole Terms and Conditions. I am shocked that AARP supports a company that takes advantage of seniors by adding an additional charge because they are "seniors".
This car rental place gets (2) thumbs down from me. “Rent A Car 4LESS “ I paid for through Orbitz, which I have been using for years. Then this car rental place changed me separately. Orbits I paid my rental fee plus I also took the insurance for an additional $40.00 then they ended up charging me $39.99 per day which ended up totaling $159.96 for insurance alone with a $250 deposit. Very poor Service they are scams very unprofessional dont ever go here there cars are trash and very dangerous to drive they need to be shut down immediately and on top of that the manager said she don’t talk to customers what a rip off
Trust me, literally anywhere else is better. They scam, are unprofessional, & will over charge you by hundreds.
