Mark was great from start to finish. We traded several texts and booked a 21’ deck boat with a captain; he ended up double booking, but made it right immediately by taking us out on the 33’ yacht and he personally took us out. First class customer service! Thanks again, we’ll definitely be back.
Mark was great to our family, even when we mixed up our rental days. He was still happy to make it work for us to take a boat out and made sure we had ice in the cooler. It was a great experience and a great way to see Fort Lauderdale from a new angle!
