The RensCo DOH responded to an after hours public health question immediately and thoroughly. All questions asked were answered with a tremendous amount of care and courtesy.
All the women helping my son and I were so sweet and extremely helpful. It was our first time at the office to get a specific shot for his school. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They worked fast and the only delay we had in the least was our insurance company keeping them on hold for a simple check of activity for the account (the insurance company's fault, not this office).
