One of the most frustrating and disappointing doctors office experience ever. Do not expect this office to take your care as their patient seriously. They have made an already terrifying experience even more scary. The dr never returned calls and for months my treatment and care was just put off with zero solutions offered. This review is not about the women's program as a whole, but specifically about my experience with provider Rebecca Chavez. If you are scheduled with her, I recommend requesting a different provider. In my experience, I felt that her approach was driven more by liability concerns than by individualized, patient-centered care. I saw her twice during my pregnancy. The midwives were great, but had a obstetrician there and she was incredibly unpleasant and disrespectful.
I see, Dr. Norris, she is an amazing woman. There and her colleague, Dr. Kendall also another amazing lady big took the time, make sure I understand what was going on when I got freaked out over my daughter, I was having a very difficult time becoming pregnant for the longest time and with my health conditions.
