I had a terrible experience at the Labor and Delivery Unit. I came into the ER and was told I had to go to the labor and delivery area considering I was 35 weeks pregnant. I was with my husband and 4 year old and we were told based off of my symptoms that we all had to wear masks. My family and I did so but I was really hot and not knowing what was wrong with me I took my mask off. Clearly their cost cutting measures will cost them money and customers. It's a problem from the top down. You get out of it, what you put into it. You get what you pay for. Worst billing practices ever. Worst customer service in billing. You get someone named Zitar or Zoltan that can't speak English, who repeats the same thing over and over like you're the problem. Absolutely pathetic excuses for admitting, these people are more worried about playing on their phones and talking mess and attitudes with people rather than helping them. There’s a no weapon policy but it’s ok for admitting to carry pocket knives, this place seriously needs help, this place is a violation at its best!
