Dr. Hudson and Nurse Michael were phenomenal today, I came in for stitches that another urgent care couldn’t handle, they were entirely professional and caring. One of the first times in my life I felt like I was getting the medical care I needed. God bless these people, very honorable.

I have had a frustrating experience with this healthcare facility's billing department. After paying off an emergency room bill from 2020, which they had sent to collections, I received another bill in 2023. This time, they claimed I owed money for urgent care visits from 2020. The facility's medical billing system is disorganized and confusing.

12/05/23 - Doctors in ER are incompetent, after being brought in by ambulance because I was week and dizzy with drainage from an infection in my leg, I was told there was nothing they could do for me by an ER doctor because I’d been there to many times before and there is simply nothing we can do Doctor said and sent me home. I think that it’s Very Sad that our healthcare is so terrible. I am a disabled Senior. I went in because I fainted and couldn’t breathe. They found nothing! after X rays and a cat scan. They ran blood tests, but said they were normal. They also conveyed that my BP was normal at 108. This is high. The EKG was also normal. I watched it, and it was not.
