I came in to the emergency room this morning nervous and not knowing what to expect. The young ladies at the front desk immediately set my mind at ease with their very professional and kind assistance. The ladies and the doctor in the emergency room were also so very kind and assisted me in a timely manner. They have the upmost respect and appreciation from me to them. I was transferred here from Banner Lassen in Susanville for my eye. Surprised at the friendly and efficient service. The ER Dept and lobby were very clean. This is a beautiful hospital. Shout out to ER Dr Shook for excellent service! She even got me a follow up appt with an Optometrist on the next morning which was a Saturday. BEST ER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED
I was taken to the ER via ambulance and they admitted me right away, everyone was kind and very caring
Honestly hands down the best ER experience I've ever had. Wish I could make Ordering Physician: BENARON, DAVID J....... My primary and I live in Las Vegas not Reno. All the staff from check in to finding where we parked are femnominal. I'm shocked we were there for less then 3 hours a couple of days before Christmas.Thank you every one.
