I received care for a breast cancer diagnosis at Renown Oncology in Reno, NV. I can't say enough good things about this facility, the staff, and resources. I immediately felt like they were on my side. Dr. Germain (Oncologist) is patient, caring, and most importantly, created a plan and followed through when she made a commitment. My surgeon, Dr. Chu, and her entire team (KJ, Stephanie, Deb, Laura, etc.) are exceptional. Walked in office with 81yr mother and relative. 81yrold mother had to get a PET/CT scan. Was told by nurse who took mother back that it would be 45 minutes for the injection and about 35-45 for scan. We could come back in one hour,45 minutes. Relative and I go upstairs to get food and Starbucks. We return back to this office one hour later and we wait. And we wait. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Jackie, Laura and Dr. Peddada are a Godsend. I can't express how much I appreciate them and all they've done for me. I hope you never have to see them, but if you do, you're in the best hands that you could hope for. Dr. P is as intelligent as he is gifted with bedside manners and Jackie is just an angel. Thank you, so much!

My husband is extremely ill and they canceled his intake appointment because a nurse was out sick? No one else can do this job? These patients are the sickest of the sick and every day counts! I am watching my husband get sicker by the day and now it's going to take another week to be seen? Unacceptable care!
