Very disappointed with Summit Renown today. I showed up for my annual check up at 9:40 this morning at the time my appointment was scheduled to start and checked in online and filled out my forms beforehand. Candice Cameron PA came out in the lobby and said she runs a tight schedule and that I had to reschedule my appointment. I was not late and the time it took reception and Candice to tell me to reschedule I could have been seen. Sarah was awesome! She was very attentive and worked with me through everything and on top of that they got me in quickly and the receptionist lady up front was very personable!

New to Reno, their service was great compared to LA. When I have asked for referrals or transfer of documents from old doctors it has been quick & seamless
