Extremely rude front desk lady. Didn't even look up from her computer screen and couldn't tell if she was on the phone or talking to me when she said "3 people in front of you, new patient, you gotta wait"

Showed up for a 1pm appointment for a follow up x ray only to be told the x ray tech called in sick... Neither of the lazy 'assistants' at the front desk listening to their ipods bothered to call patients and let them know we needed to swing by somewhere else to get the x ray done. As I was leaving, a lady showed up for the exact same thing and was upset that nobody bothered to inform her either. I expect that from a hometown dental office, but its completely unprofessional for Renown...

Went in March 13 around 9am. Severe sinus infection, in a lot of pain. Insurance doesn’t start for a couple weeks but was told they can still use it. As soon as the receptionist (overweight, curly hair) saw I didn’t have a valid insurance card she stopped acknowledging me! Went back to her computer typing away at her own work while I’m standing there trying to ask questions. Stood there in awkward silence in front of her while she said nothing so we left.. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a medical office:(
