If you go there Do Not Use Kimberly Yaeger. She is 1) incompetent (gave us wrong dates for last sleep test even though SHE had scheduled it) 2) gave the wrong amount for oxygen pressure and 3) then today we waited for one hour and 15 minutes before requesting a different doctor. We did finally get to see a nice RN who squeezed us in and took the time necessary! After calling the phone center and navigating the phone menu I am taken to the specialty scheduling area. I provide them my information to help me schedule. After much looking around in their systems they state I do not have a referral and need to see one of their other doctors to refer me to another doctor who can then refer me to a sleep study. My insurance does not require this type of referral, but I am told this is just "our policy" I'm not a medical professional I don't know why such a policy would exist but I go along... read more
When I went in, I wasn't sure what I was coming into. My husband always told me that I stop breathing multiple times at night and I should get it checked. Well I did and found out I had moderate sleep apnea. So I am doing the CPAP study and I'm actually nervous and excited to see the results.
