Multiple times I’ve brought a family member to this clinic to be seen and EVERY time they are always 30-45 minutes behind on the appointment before the patients even make it to the back. Whoever is booking these appointments needs to be trained on scheduling and this clinic needs to stop trying to fit as many patients as they can into the day for money. New doctor here now, place was great before, now they claim they can only schedule 2 people per month and they aren't sure when there next available appointment is and they already have to many patients....says I need to go into waiting list for a possible appointment, when will it be knobody knows not even the person making the schedule. If they can't even manage a schedule how can I trust them to make good medical calls.
