Since I became a patient in this group less than a year ago, my appointment with Kaira Lyons, A.P.R.N., has been canceled and rescheduled three times, all with very short notice—twice just one hour before the appointment. My most recent canceled appointment was rescheduled for December 2, 2024. I received an email confirming this appointment. If you're reading this please save yourself the future stress and find a different clinic. This place is absolutely terrible. They literally make it impossible for you to get care. I have a medication that is dangerous to stop abruptly and they refused my refill request because they want me to come in for an appointment. That would be fine if they ACTUALLY had availability but my primary can’t get me in until NEXT YEAR. This should be illegal. I can’t tell you what the inside of the building looks like, because my appointment with Kaira Lyons has been Canceled 2 times because of her! After waiting 3 months to be seen I was told she changed her schedule and had to push my appointment back, but I didn’t complain because this her cancellation only pushed me back almost a month. I appreciate the friendliness and help I received from the staff. I’ve never had a PCP before and going to the doctor on 4/17 was very nerve racking for me. I received a phone call before my appointment that they couldn’t accept my insurance. I was incredibly bummed but accepted the situation. 20 minutes later, Greg called me again and said he did a lot of digging and research and found that they could take me! I was so relieved!
