Showed up 15 mins early for my first appointment with ID, insurance, and confirmation email in hand—only to be told my name wasn’t in the system and the doctor was out. I had scheduled online, completed all paperwork, and pulled up my MyChart and email, but staff stood around clueless for 5+ minutes with zero help or communication. I had to ask if I should just leave. Terrible customer service, no accountability. I won’t be back. Highly don’t recommend their online scheduling—it clearly doesn’t connect.
I dread going to this office/location. The front desk staff is just plain rude. Watching them talk down to the other patients while in the waiting room is exhausting. What happened to polite and welcoming healthcare? 🤦🏻♂️
After reading others reviews about being a few moments late and being refused is all i need to know. How many times have we waited on doctors for OUR appointments??
In the beginning they seemed very organized and professional. But a few months back towards the end of the year 2023 something happened. Now they're billing is a mess. Their billing system is a pain to deal with. I talked with a gentleman from their billing department today and he didn't seem too knowledgeable. He took my secondary insurance information for plan G coverage even though I know they have it all on file. I️ have been trying for weeks to get my medication refilled. Zero response after trying every method to get in touch. I️ had the pharmacy contact them. I️ called and left a message at the office. I️ sent a request through my chart. When I️ called Renown Customer service they hung up on me. I️ called back and they told me they would connect me with management. That just took me to voicemail.
