My urine cup wasn’t labeled with my name/info on it, and another patient went in right after me to get her sample in the restroom box. I’m guessing her cup wasn’t labeled either. The subsequent report also said urine was yellow. It wasn’t yellow. Also hadn’t been given the standard prep wipe. Now wondering if the report was really mine or not or got mixed up with someone else. Not a very reassuring feeling.
