Waited 40 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes, all while watching and hearing the front staff gossiping.
Quick and efficient they let me in one time I think just after closing and took my labs in quite late and I was very appreciative
Every time I go to this lab it’s very slow and the waiting time it’s 45 min to 1 h
Don't bother making an appointment for a blood draw, they won't see you on time. Was checked in after a half hour of being in the waiting room and wasn't seen for my appointment an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment. Watched people who were checked in 1/2 to 45 minutes after me go in for labs. System needs to be fixed. However, the staff was very pleasant to deal with.
