Don’t recommend this place I waited for 1hour and 30 mins and the lobby was empty with one other person . Who probably waited more than me . The lady that helped me took her time, I saw her go outside to her car and come back and talk to others and then decided to call for me. I’ve never waited this long for a lab even with a full lobby of patients . I thought they had forgotten I was there and had to ask if someone was going to help me.
I was blown away art how fast I was able to get walk in blood work done at this hospital. The ER was horrible look at my prior reviews. The people were efficient and nice. I was nervous after my last experience. I live in Spanish springs and have been trying to do a walk in for 8 months. Hours waiting at the other labs in sparks love it. Thank you renown for making that miserable ER visit right. I will never use south meadows ER but that lab is amazing thank you lab staff. From check in to getting poked.
Would have been a good experience had it not been for phlebotomist Elizabeth. She doesn't see a human she's sticking with a needle. She has it in and just starts shoving it around. And when you ask her not to she goes into a tizzy and asks someone else to do it. Then lies and says you didn't want your blood drawn in a certain area. Even the other phlebotomist said, "That's not what she said.". Elizabeth seriously needs retraining and an attitude adjustment. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptionally smooth experience I had during my recent visit. I was particularly impressed by the phlebotomists who assisted us; they demonstrated remarkable caution and care while drawing blood from my 18-month-old baby. Their efforts to help her relax and ensure a positive experience were truly commendable, and I would wholeheartedly give the service five stars. Waited 40 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes, all while watching and hearing the front staff gossiping.
