This is usually a great place for lab draws. But 1. The self service check in kiosk is a bad idea and badly designed. It is much slower than a human checkin, you have to lie about recent hospital visits (it was at Renown) or it dead ends, and there’s only one machine. About half the people couldn’t use it 2. I usually have good experiences there but today I had a frustrating one. I told Sangeetha the phlebotomist that there were 2 tests on my order and she said she knew that. Then she proceeded to omit one of them (the one that required fasting). Ugh. I should’ve known something was wrong when she didn’t review information with me like they are supposed to. Lesson learned. Make sure you review with them specifically what tests they are drawing as if they were a toddler, unless you don’t mind fasting and wasting time and energy.
