Walked in without an appointment. Was don in 1/2 hour. Very happy
I usually have good experiences there but today I had a frustrating one. I told Sangeetha the phlebotomist that there were 2 tests on my order and she said she knew that. Then she proceeded to omit one of them (the one that required fasting). Ugh. I should’ve known something was wrong when she didn’t review information with me like they are supposed to. Lesson learned. Make sure you review with them specifically what tests they are drawing as if they were a toddler, unless you don’t mind fasting and wasting time and energy.
Get ready to wait.....2 hours and still waiting. They need to hire more or pay the blood letters more. Go to LabCorp instead. Worst experience since the same lab lost my blood work 3 times in a row. Email the lab manager to complain. Response to your response: No the patient experience team will NOT reach out. I know that from last year when you guys lost my samples twice. The "patient experience team" completely ignored me. The receptionist gave up calling me about my lost samples and told me to just go to the downtown lab.... read more
