Front desk staff is very rude and very misleading I walked in signed my name tried to give her my paperwork she said no its gonna be 45 minutes so I went next door to talk tk my doctor at urgent care was back in 30 minutes and my slot was given to someone else
Front desk staff was awful. Sat there for 25 minutes before someone checked me in. No one seemed to care even though I had an appointment. Used to be much better at this location
Slow, slow, slow. People are very nice but service is very slow!
The two medical assistants that work here were so rude and racist.. Just because I didn’t hear her call my name, she automatically assumed I didn’t know English and her whole demeanor towards me was different due to that. I’d hate to be someone who actually struggles with language barriers and having to deal with someone like that when you’re trying to get help. Gave an extra star because the physician who saw me was actually very nice and spoke to me normally.
