I have been going here from many years. The lady at the desk has been there quite a long time. She is very sweet, and very professional, she is so knowledgeable she sometimes can help 3 patients at a time. I hope this lab will always be here. The staff in the back are also great, they are very good , I don't even feel the needle going in. I am in an out very quickly .
To the administrators that decided to implement self check in kiosk for the laboratory: Dear Admin, self DIY kiosks at the supermarket and hardware store are already quite challenging, but for 70% of people, doable, but for the laboratory not so much. Today only about 30% of the people were able to do the check in without assistance.
