Though it was busy as every urgent care likely is, two STELLAR employees I would love to show appreciation to are Chloe and Cristina. Chloe is a phenomenal desk employee and Cristina is amazing with phlebotomy and her communication skills. Though in health, you wish to avoid urgent cares and hospitals by all means necessary, how great these two were is a testament to their early careers and the drive that will continue to care for Northern Nevada, or wherever they may go. Self service kiosk is a joke!
Why do you even bother taking appointments? Check in was timely and effiecent, but I wasn’t seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time for simple lab work. Everyone there for urgent care coming in after me got seen before I did.
Very quick and helpful for walk in lab work
Laura was so nice and made my first-time check in process very easy. I don't remember the name of the woman who took my blood but she is an absolute rockstar. Painless and so fast.
