Hi, I just moved from Reno to Fallon I had bloodwork I had to get done before the end of the year🥴 SO I went to Renown in Fernley. They were very busy, yet Everyone that worked that day, from the intake person to the people who drew blood were ALSO very nice and professional 🤠 I just wanted to thank you folks for being very fast and friendly .🤗 I hope you all have a Happy and Safe New Year!
I would give 5 starts, however, I scheduled a 6AM appointment for blood work for my mother and people who did not have an appointment went in before her. Instead of asking if there were people who had appointments waiting in line, and brining them in first, the young girl behind the counter just took whomever was waiting at the door first. What is the point of having appointments if they are going to take just anyone first?
