This office is completely useless. I made an appointment in September and yesterday was the first they had available. They put a different patient's contact information as mine and proceeded to violate HIPAA by divulging my personal information to another patient. I was never reminded about my appointment and then was belittled by the operator for writing it down Incorrectly.
