I've had the gutter helmets for about ten years and they are fine most of the time. However I've had several issues where I needed them cleaned or adjusted and it's been less than simple to get their support. The latest example was this fall when I tried to reach them via phone, text, email, and USPS all to no avail. I ended up removing the helmets myself to clean the gutters. Exactly what I tried to no avoid ten years ago! Sorry I bought them now for about $7500.00!
We have had our Gutter Helmet system in place since 2013 and it is one of the best investments we ever made. Our house sits on a steep hill and cleaning the gutters just became too dangerous. We also live on a heavily wooded lot so the gutters got full pretty often. All those problems have been solved! Kevin and his staff are top of the line in professionalism,caring, and workmanship.
