Please have your scheduling people trained better. Jasmine was extremely rude and constantly talking over me. I was having a difficult time trying to explain my situation. How do you expect people to ask questions when your being talked over and then quickly asked if there isn't anything else, and wanting to end the call. This is unexeceptable service. Have a little patience with your clients. DO BETTER!!!!!
Rebecca with pre-auth is a saint. Thank you for working so hard to make sure I was able to get my appt authorized in time before my insurance changed after mistake after mistake with all parties involved. I go in two days, haven’t been here yet so we’ll see how it is just so grateful to be seen at this point.
