The staff and doctors where all terrific! I was just a walk-in for an infected foot and was seen right away. All my questions where answered and everything concerning my situation and care was explained to me with great respect. I am so grateful for their team. Very comfortable atmosphere and welcoming staff. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

This is the worst medical facility! Do not waste your time here. Wait times are 1 hour in the waiting room, and 45 minutes in the exam room. You do not see a doctor, you see Physician assistants that are as green as they come. 2 examples. My wife had an infected thumb and the doctor applied a topical lidocane instead of injecting lidocane before jamming a exacto blade into her swollen thumb. The topical lidocane does nothing and she should have been injected. I had to listen to my wife scream while she was undergoing this. 2... read more
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU AND ALL THE OTHER REVIEWAS HE IS THE RUDEST UNFRIENDLY DR, I HAVE BEEN TO. GETTING AUTHORIZATION FOR A MRI FOR MY GRANDSON WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. I DID ALL THE WORK AND GETTING THROUGH TO ANTWON WAS AN EXPERIENCE IN ITSELF, THEN IT GOT FORWARDED TO AN EVEN RUDER PERSON TO GET HER TO FAX THE REFERAL NUMBER AND ORDERS TO REDIOLOGY AND HUNG UP ON ME. Dr Bauchman is a very nice compassionate doctor and after moving out of the area for 8 years she took me back as a patient even though she was not accepting new patients . She listens and gives great advice I would totally say she is number 1 for me in this field of medicine thanks for caring you are a great doctor still after a these years .
Dr. Bigley is the WORST doctor I've ever came in contact with. First of all its hard to even get an appointment. You have to leave a message for the staff to call you back 2-3 days after you left the message and booking an appointment is already an added stressor. Then when you finally get an appointment, you see a Dr. who is rude, has no bedside manner, and has a tone of voice to make you feel like a complete idiot. Loved the Staff so loving and knowledgeable. Dr. Candy was amazing so helpful sweet and caring! A big thank you to RENOWN Urgent Care North Hills :) I couldn't breath and felt scared I left feeling better and comfortable that the medication she gave me would help.
If you want to die, this is the hospital to go to. They have absolutely no care for the patients they treat! Being the patient you know (if you're older) what works, what doesn't and your allergies and how bad they are. They not only don't listen, they argue with you. They have yet to get my ins. Info in the right order.
