Was 15 minutes late. Was on the phone on hold 30 minutes prior to being late trying to inform them. Was then told by the doctor I should have called to inform them I was late. They would see me or help me until October.
Very busy and understaffed. Saw an employee lie about they couldn’t get to them that day when they were only 1 person ahead of them. It was this sweet old lady and I wanted to tell her hey they will get to you if you wait. Another woman came in after her and said she would wait and sure enough they got to her in a few minutes.
Such ignorant and rude people! I wonder how this people became healthcare employee.
Never had a bad experience because I have the best doctor I have ever had in my 40 years on this earth, she is absolutely amazing!! Dr. Newkirk-Thompson is a superhero to me…she’s so smart, kind, attentive and really cares about her patients. I had an issue with my back and neck always tightening up on me and she knew right away exactly what I needed…I can now say that I am pain free and I couldn’t have done it without her.
