We recently went to Renown Children’s Hospital because our son had a swollen eye and severe itching, and we wanted him to be checked right away to prevent anything from getting worse. We arrived around 8:30 PM, and by 1:00 AM we still hadn’t been called in. All they did was check his vital signs twice, with no real evaluation afterward. We felt like we completely wasted our time.
