I was told by staff to send my messages through the renown portal. After waiting 2 weeks, no one replied, Dr. SCHLANSKY was nice at first, but she did not answer my questions. She then stated if I wanted to ask any questions, that I would need to make an appointment to speak with her(this is after she called me at a random day and time). Now I feel like I need to make a grievance complaint, my questions were not addressed, and Dr. Schlansky was setting ultimatums for me to ask questions. So my son wasn't feeling well, so I brought him in to get checked. The registration lady was awesome and the triage nurse was just as awesome. It did take about an hour to get in the back, but that was because they were kinda busy, and there was also construction happening in yellow pod. When we got in the back, my son saw Dr. Murphy. She was fantastic and a sweetheart. My son actually liked her. She always very thorough and got my kid feeling better.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would! We went in to children's ER on 07/23 because my 18 month old broke his arm, when we first got there the lady who checked us in super polite and the nurse who did my sons vitals was so gentle with my boy, getting us to the back room super fast. The nurses and doctors were amazing, to pre-op and post-op everyone just made this stressful day a bit less. THANK YOU so much for all that you guys do! My son is recovering and gets his cast off next week!

Last night I had to bring my son to the ER for stomach pain and vomiting. The lady who taken his blood and inserted his IV was awesome she made my son a fort so he wouldn't see the needle and my son who cries every time a needle is inserted did not with her she was gentle and spoke to him of the process and she really put him at ease. Also doctor Fischer was kind and explained what was going on and taken all measures to see where the pain was coming from. Also explained to me his bloodwork results.
