We brought our infant to the children's ER expecting specialized, efficient care for babies and a supportive environment for an infant with a very high fever. Instead, we waited for hours while our baby’s discomfort—and our anxiety—grew. When we were finally seen hours later, Dr. Fisher's approach was incredibly unprofessional. I brought my 2 months old to the ER after 103.5 F fever, we waited for 1 hour in the waiting room, another 1.5 hr in the ER room, my kid started crying and feeling distressed that affected me being even more stressed. I kept checking with the nurse stating that it is not normal and we must be seen soon. I was told by staff to send my messages through the renown portal. After waiting 2 weeks, no one replied, Dr. SCHLANSKY was nice at first, but she did not answer my questions. She then stated if I wanted to ask any questions, that I would need to make an appointment to speak with her(this is after she called me at a random day and time). Now I feel like I need to make a grievance complaint, my questions were not addressed, and Dr. Schlansky was setting ultimatums for me to ask questions.
