Renoviso was helpful and honest with me from the start to finish. They helped me navigate several options for my project (windows) and I'm very happy with the final results. Good experience through the initial process and first installation. There where a couple broken windows and it took two separate attempts to get those windows installed. Overall, happy with the experience.
I am in the middle of a window installation and so far it's dreadful. The project started late. We were told at 4pm the day before the start date that "the foreman pulled his back and instead of starting Thursday we would start on Monday". This was scheduled to be a two day installation and I was scheduled to travel for work on Monday. Things happen. We received an email telling us the installers would arrive between 8:00AM and 9:30AM. Home improvement shouldn't be this easy. I'm calling Renoviso whenever I need a local contractor in the future. Awesome team, and the installers were super nice guys! Would use them again, for sure.
Very responsive. Much easier to work with than traditional companies for windows, etc
