Very dismissive and sometimes outright unresponsive customer service trying to settle exchange shipping. Took me over 3 months to get a resolution because their customer service would NOT answer my emails until I stormed them. I also tried calling their customer service line in lieu of emails at times and despite their hours of operation saying they were open, didn’t get through or answered. The quality of the product is really good!!
Ordered a completed dark oak toilet for $1,200. they shipped me a cherry color toilet and told me they no longer make it despite it being on the WEBSITE. They refunded me $150 for screwing up the color but never sent me the wood toilet seat. not only that but the cheap plastic parts were installed wrong at their factory resulting in a flooded bathroom. They said I would just have to reinstall the cheap plastic parts myself despite it being there f up. 10 months later and they still refuse to send me my wood seat.
I have received multiple defective pieces from this company, they do issue replacements, but only after very long 30+ minute hold times. I have also utilized their online chat, it's infuriating not to actually speak to a human, is time consuming and slow. There is no physical store at there location in Erving, they are internet only. Buyer beware and know you could be in for a frustrating after sale, warrantee experience.
