AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I live on the Gold Coast. On February 10 I made the mistake of spending over $1,000 on kitchen wares from this appalling excuse for a business. I asked the sales rep to hold the order over until I was ready to receive them as the delivery site in Brisbane was unattended. On February 27 I received an email saying the goods would be delivered on Wednesday 5 March. Be warned! If you purchase from this store you only have 14 days to return an item if not suitable otherwise they won’t even consider providing a refund. In the world of their small print if you are a “member” you have 30 days. Even the customer service person said it’s an unreasonable. Won’t be shopping here ever again.
