I have ordered a linear drain from Draintek but delivery was handled by Renovator Store. I received a linear drain that appears to be fabricated by sub-par technicians. Firstly, one top corner was not aligned. Secondly they attempted to caulk all 4 corners of the drain probably with their fingers. As a result, it leaks. Called Draintek and according to the lady I spoke to, she says it must be a hot day and the caulking just melted out of shape.(What a reply....see the pictures and judge for yourself.). 5 star service from this team. I had a tiny issue with a sink mixer tap, as I had lost a little screw that holds the tap handle on. While a very small requirement, the team at Renovator Store went to great lengths to send me information to identify the fix and send the correct part. Highly recommend them. A shout out to Mary who was amazing!

I purchased kitchen sinks and tap in two lots from the Renovator Store. On both occasions, I found their product and services have far exceeded my expectation. On one occasion it was a pick-up and the other was through delivery. The staff replied to emails so promptly we never expect these days from any other companies - there was no long waits - calls/ emails answered quickly and courteously.
