Easy to use website, great prices and friendly customer service team!
We have ordered a heated towel rack from renovator store. Our licensed electrician has installed it however discovered that the transformer of the unit was faulty. I contacted customer service team and Richelle was extremely helpful, and within a day she had the replacement part from the supplier en route to us. It arrived the next day! I’m very pleased with customer support and want to commend their commitment to their customers. Thanks again.
