Steve and his contractors replaced my 25 yr old cedar deck with a new wood composite and added a pergola. The whole crew was thoughtful, communicative, professional, timely and thorough. Steve was great to work with - straight forward and he put forth a realistic and honest estimate so I knew exactly what to expect. I recommend Renovative Resource, Inc to anyone with a remodeling project, no matter how big or small.
We went Renovative Resource as they had innovative ideas on what our space could become - like utilizing the space under the stairs for a shower to make an ensuite bathroom larger. They just wrapped up finishing our basement and it looks fantastic.
Renovative Resource recently helped us out with a project immediately after taking possession of a new Richmond American home in Windsor. The basement was finished by the builder, but Renovative Resource helped us redesign the basement to include a wet bar and gaming area. They also helped redo the laundry room and upgraded the fireplace area with a beautiful new mantle, hearth, and stonework. Renovative Resource used excellent contractors and subcontractors on our bathroom project - tearing out a Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a soaking tub. We were concerned that the tile around the tub would be destroyed, but RR kept the tile intact. RR stayed within the estimate given to us for the project and was easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - GREAT JOB!
Had a great experience working with Steve + team for our kitchen remodel. The renovation was completed in a timely manner and all of our considerations along the way were taken into account and implemented. We are very pleased with the work of the contractors they brought in and appreciated the oversight of Renovative Resources.
