My neighbors and I used this company about two years ago for a condominium project. It was truly a challenge working with them, from shoddy subcontractors to poor communication. Several of the items that were handled just two years ago, already need to be either redone or replaced. They figure out how to cut costs by any means necessary, for example, using flat paint where satin/eggshell was requested or attempting to color match a SW color in Behr vs just buying the SW color.
