Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He facilitated my claims process and minimized my hassle.
We used Renovation Systems for vinyl siding and roofing. Our house was extremely large so it was a project. Jonathan ( the manager) made sure everything ran smoothly. The crew worked long hours ( in the winter time). They were very nice and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company. By the way our house is now the best looking house on the street.
Jonathan is quick to sell you a job, but then everything from first contact and customer service collapses after this. The lack of professional support and responsiveness alone from my experience is enough for me not to recommend this company. If you are going to use this company I highly suggest you sign a contract with them designating a realistic time frame for work to be completed. In June 2021 I signed a contract, and paid a deposit. I had the company provide me with an estimate and then when it came time for me to hire them to do the job I had some questions I wanted answered before signing on the dotted line. I reached out to Jon via email on Nov 14th. On Nov 16th I sent a text to Jon informing him he has an email from me...I was told he was backed up but he would get back to me by the end of the week. On Nov 22th I still hadn't heard from him so I sent a reminder text...I was told he was traveling but that I would hear from him by the end of the week.... read more
