We hired Renovate & Build to completely renovate and rebuild our home in Redington Shores after it was directly hit by two hurricanes, Helene and Milton. Brian and his team—John, Enrique, Molly, and the rest of the crew—are world-class professionals. They are reliable, courteous, and have outstanding attention to detail. Brian and his team did amazing work for us. They helped us restore our 100 year old home from flood and wind damage. They are meticulous, detail oriented and do not cut corners. They are the only people that I would trust with our home.

I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this company and the handling of a recent project. The work was never completed due to the owner's termination, which resulted from repeated failures to show up to the job site. Despite multiple attempts at communication and reassurances that the project would get back on track, the contractor's crew consistently showed up only on Fridays and did minimal work. We hired Brian's company to demo a second-story porch and rebuild it as a bedroom extension. His guys were always prompt, courteous, respectful, and hard-working. They finished the entire project in 4 months, which included the thankgiving and christmas holidays, and in probably the most challenging time in history to get supplies and subcontractors. The addition looks like it was always part of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship and professionalism of Brian and his employees. Outstanding work!
