I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this company and the handling of a recent project. The work was never completed due to the owner's termination, which resulted from repeated failures to show up to the job site. Despite multiple attempts at communication and reassurances that the project would get back on track, the contractor's crew consistently showed up only on Fridays and did minimal work. We hired Brian's company to demo a second-story porch and rebuild it as a bedroom extension. His guys were always prompt, courteous, respectful, and hard-working. They finished the entire project in 4 months, which included the thankgiving and christmas holidays, and in probably the most challenging time in history to get supplies and subcontractors. The addition looks like it was always part of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship and professionalism of Brian and his employees. Outstanding work!

I live on Snell Isle in St Petersburg and hired Renovate & Build to do some major work on my house. They are on-time, reliable, courteous, had attention to detail, and finished as promised. What more can I say! I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again for my next project. They are outstanding. Best I've had in Florida!
