John Tratjnek is a scam artist. I had a dated, leaky but functional bathroom. I have been left with a giant hole with zero functioning fixtures and $20,000 that appears to have left the country along with John/Johan or whatever name he is using today. If you have engaged with this man, walk away before you hand over any of your money. And report him to the police - surely if enough of us report him, the police will do something

None of the workers were qualified and the bathroom was not finished even after multiple attempts to contact John. to finish the work promised. On first use of the shower found the drain was blocked with grout and general rubbish. We had to get a plumber out to remove and replace all pipe work Renovate Bathrooms had fitted. Renovate Bathrooms' workers were very messy and dirty and left grout residue all over our patio and driveway. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
