I replaced all the windows in my home with Vinyl Pro windows which I purchased through Renova Windows and Doors. One of the windows was made incorrectly as the insert color did not match what was documented in the work order / contract. The window is a feature window at the front of my home and with that in mind wanted the error corrected. I have been waiting since September 2021 for someone to correct the problem. They provide high quality products and are extremely knowledgeable in this business. I challenge anyone to find the quality of products for the reasonable costs they provide.
