At the start of the project, Brad was very easy to work with, open to discussing our ideas and choices about the project, and clearly laying out the scope and cost of the overall process. Once Dave took over as our project manager, he kept a close eye on the progress, and worked on our behalf to connect with the contractors to reschedule/sequence certain steps of the project as needed. We LOVE our basement! Renova was very easy to work with from start to finish. We have a 1400 sq ft ranch home and knew we wanted to add more living space and a guest bedroom separate from our main living space. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience finishing the basement of our new construction home. Brad and Mike were great to deal with. Super responsive, kind, professional, and most importantly, they did a fantastic job finishing our basement.
