I had a full-body laser treatment at Renova Center and had a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The service was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the results so far. I highly recommend Renova Center to anyone looking for quality laser treatments and outstanding customer care.
This place has been a complete waste of time and money. My mom bought me a full body package here for 8 sessions since I dealt with a lot of body hair and wanted a more permanent solution. After 7 sessions I have seen absolutely no results, leading me to not even bother returning for my final session at all. I've really loved the laser experience and services provided by Renova (Katy location). The cold air from the laser & the expertise of the technicians makes it so that there's absolutely no pain for the treatments. I was previously very concerned about how painful it might be, but from my first session a year ago until now, I haven't found any of it painful.
