I been going here for some time now to receive laser removal services. They are always personal, the space is always clean, and never a wait time. I highly recommend.
I switched to Renova from another med spa that was constantly trying to upsell me. Renova has been excellent- efficient and professional staff with good communication. I found my new med spa home!
Cheap quality service for such high prices!!!
Terribly managed spa. Scheduling is a nightmare, reminders are inconsistent, and they expect clients to work around their technicians instead of the other way around. I’ve had appointments canceled at the last minute due to technician availability, and my wife’s laser sessions were repeatedly delayed because the machine wasn’t working properly. ☆☆☆☆ Absolutely avoid this place. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a spa. The scheduling process feels unnecessarily difficult. There are no reliable appointment reminders, even though they say they’ll call or text 24 hours beforehand.
