They don’t have enough techs here or not reliable ones because I booked my appointment almost a month in advance and they call me 2 days before my appointment and say we can’t service you that day of your appointment because we don’t have enough techs. I understand emergencies can happen, but no apology for inconvenience relayed or even credit is given for such a huge inconvenience for me. No good customer service for the hundreds of dollars I have spent here.
Leslie was the technician that took care of me on my recent laser treatment visit. She did a phenomenal job , super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Her . I been a Renova Laser member since 2018 .
