I had a great experience at Renova laser hair removal & MedSpa! Everyone here is extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. Zayla, the technician who worked with me was especially very nice, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process, which made me feel very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff truly care about their clients. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality laser hair removal services!
Since I’ve now completed all of my sessions and had time to see the final results, I wanted to update my review. The clinic is clean and very welcoming. Amanda was amazing—knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and genuinely cares about her clients. This is honestly the best laser hair removal spa I’ve been to in Houston. The staff are so nice and welcoming, and the front desk girls are always the sweetest every time I come in. The place is super clean and professional, and I’ve already noticed great results from my treatments. They also have really good deals, which makes it even better. 100% recommend!
