We had Keith come by to review our primary bathroom reno/ update on May 1st. He was to provide a quote by e-mail. We hadn't heard back so we called abd l/m on May 5th. We are now May 9th and still no contact. Perhaps Keith can copy and paste " we aren't able to accommodate you and apologize for wasting your time". We are pleased to say, we have since hired a professional contractor for our Echo dr bathroom reno. So glad we have had this time to avoid RenosGroup unprofessionalism.
