I called them three times and sent them an email three weeks ago. They never responded. It appears that they're either out of business or they are irresponsible.
Maybe they're too busy to return a phone call or an email after 4 days, but I'll have to spend my money for a custom boat cover somewhere else, since they didn't get back to me, ever.
