Recently had my 2010 Ford Ranger in for paint touch up. The clear coat was pealing in numerous spots, along with some rust and fading. John was able to bring the truck back to life with paint blending that matched perfectly. The body work was superb. This was all done on schedule and budget.
You won't find better, more conscientious autobody repair anywhere. John's motto: "We work for you, not your insurance company". I was T-boned on the right, buy a lower to the ground, sports car. The damage to my car was extensive. My insurance co. sent an appraiser who naturally assessed the exterior damage. But John knew where additional interior (inside the door panel) damage would be. Reno's did a quality job on my repair. But after my experience, I cannot give them a high mark. If you're considering them, be sure to have them give you a firm price. When I went for my estimate, I was given a written price and asked to put down 65% deposit so they could purchase the parts. I wasn't informed the price was subject to change. I was never called to advise that there was a price increase. Yet, when they told me the car was ready, I was advised there was a price increase of nearly 7%, without any advance notice.... read more
Although John determined body repair on our car was at least double what our car is worth, I appreciate his honesty with me. Reno Autobody is a family owned business, and everyone there is friendly, sympathetic and honest. I highly recommend them.
