I’m highly recommending Omar and RenoPro of Asheville. First of all, they showed up when they said they would and were just very efficient. His right hand man Clemente was very precise in making sure everything was measured properly and installation was even, level and as clean as possible. I needed a lot of help with my 1/2 bath. Floors were bad due to a toilet leak that had been going on for a while. All of it needed to be torn up , with old tile floor. Called these guys, the only one that answered by the way, and spoke with Omar. They were very quick to get to me and gave me a fair price on the work that needed to be done. I reach out to Reno Pro back in January for a quote and after sending out a representative to inspect my home I was assured that I would have my quote in 10 days and that my home could be repaired in 5 months. After several delays and excuses over the past two months, they just started ignoring my calls and I haven't heard from them in 3 weeks.
