DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am WARNING YOU NOW. The building has so, so many problems. Let me begin: 1. Management DOES NOT CARE about its residents. No matter the issue, the management was very unresponsive. 2. The frontward facing apartments, while get more sun, are extremely noisy from all the traffic off of 63rd from the FDR. 3. The backward facing apartments are extremely dark (barely any light) and you face a hospital with lights and noise at all hours of the night and day (have videos to demonstrate). 4.
