Very unprofessional! Apparently they don't work with real estate agents because it's price focused. I don't understand how you can pass on work as a company based on personal experiences without even asking first. What's something else they'll discriminate against? Gender, culture, or sexual orientation because of their personal opinion. Or is it that your prices are unreasonable and someone in the industry will call you out on it? Adrian and his team completed two seperate renos at our home and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. The first was a complete ensuite makeover with walk in shower and the second was a shower replacement when we discovered leaks in the 20 year old one. Quotes were reasonable and his tradies excellent with a special mention to Joon, the tiler, love his work. Highly recommend, sign him before he retires!
Accepted this quote as we needed a quick finish date, unfortunately our promised 2 week bathroom reno turned to 5 weeks which then threw out several other trades etc. We were left with damage to the ceiling manhole, silastic that is thick, bubbled and full of debris (which was their second attempt) and the wrong shower screen has been installed (we ordered replacement of frameless and now have a framed screen which looks awful, but we cannot afford to have this remade).
